BCAA tabs – a high content of essential branched-chain amino acids in a clear crystallic form of L-Valine, L-Isoleucine and L-Leucine. It belongs to the basic supplements for all sorts of sports, both on professional and recreational level.

Characteristics of effective substances:
Branched-chain amino acids of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine form the important part of all amino acids creating muscle tissue. Under intense physical stress the glycogen energy store is running out and the energy production from branched-chain amino acids starts. A way to prevent this bad situation is to take branched-chain amino acids - BCAA.
In many cases BCAA are deficient in foods – their consumption in the form of a dietary supplement is absolutely necessary for sportsmen and people under physical stress and people with insufficient protein intake, eventually for those reducing overweight by restricted food intake and increased physical activity.
Recommended dosage:
For protection of muscle mass and postponing exhaustion:
- 2-3 tablets c. 40-60 minutes before physical activity
For speeding up regeneration and support of muscle mass formation: - 2-3 tablets immediately after physical activity
Usage:
According to recommended dosing gradually swallow the tablets with a sufficient drink of beverage, e.g. from Reg-ge series.
Milk and alcoholic drinks are not suitable.
Do not chew tablets.
Once opened, the content should be consumed within 3 months and stored at the temperature below 25°C.
Intended for special nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Store in a dry place at the temperature below 25 °C out of reach of direct sun radiation. Protect from freeze. Keep out of reach of children! It does not contain substances of doping character.
