Characteristics of effective substances:

Guarana – South American plant naturally containing caffeine (called guaranine) and other effective substances (adenine, ballast substances, fibre) causing step-by-step and  favor release of caffeine for the period of 4 -6 hours. Therefore stimulating effects of guarana stay for some hours without arising some of side effects (hearth arrhythmia, nervousness, stomach and intestinal problems) which could happen while drinking coffee. Guarana strongly supports the resistance against physical and psychical fatigue, speeds up transformation fats into energy, improves blood circulation, limits feeling of hunger, reduces the level of cholesterol and postpones ageing process. After excessive physical or psychical performance guarana speeds up organism regeneration, supports sexual appetite and keeping alert without decline which comes after drinking large amount of coffee. Vitamin C – the most well-known vitamin and antioxidant with wide spectrum of effects.  Magnesium – one of its main function is keeping up optimal activity of nervous system. In GUTAR is organically bounded and so it is well usable. Taurine – this amino acids influences positively brain activities in the states of energetic exhaustion of both physical and psychical origin. It optimizes neuron-muscle transmission.
The combination of guarana, taurine, vitamin C and magnesium in one mixture multiplies their effects. Guarana contained in GUTAR increases turnover of fats, which act as energetic resource and this way glycogen resources are spared. That is why excessive volume of milky acid, which could make muscle fatigue and „muscle ache“, does not arise in body. The usage of GUTAR initiates income of blood into muscles which helps to remove milky acid from muscles.

• 1 bottle approximately 60 minutes before start of performance (the best in combination with a beveradge from Reg-ge series)

• 1 bottle approximately 60 minutes before start of performance, second one approximately in the half of performance

• 1 bottle daily, the best in the morning after breakfast
• It is recommended to serve it for minimally 20 days – every day or every other day.

• 1-2 bottles according to actual need.
• The effect is good for minimal 6 hours.
• During the period of maximal stress serve 1 bottle every 4-6 hours, the maximum is 4 bottles a day.
• This procedure use only in extraordinary situations.

GUTAR to support overweight reduction 

• 1 bottle daily between meals.

Usage:

• serve by dilution of the content into cold preferably sporting beverage (for example from Reg-ge series).
• Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable for preparation. After opening consume the content immediately.
• Shake before usage! Any sediment is not an imperfection of a product.

Notice:

for registered sportsmen with respect to the content of caffeine - large doses can be the doping substance (1 drinkable bottle contains 66 mg of caffeine). Use no later than 3-4 hours before bedtime.
Elder people can consume for a long period of time only one bottle a day in case that they do not suffer from hypertension or hypersensitivity on vitamin C. Whenever use GUTAR you do not need to use other forms of vitamin C.

It is intended for special nutrition. It contains the source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria. Not suitable for children under 15 years, pregnant and nursing women. Keep out of reach of children! Not suitable for people with hypertension and significant psychical problems.
