ZMA – contains zinc and magnesium in forms that are highly usable for organism. Zinc is bound to essential amino acids methionine and aspartic acids. Related to aspartate is also magnesium. Recommended dosing:

• 2 – 3 caps in the evening before sleep.
• We recommend to use shortly before sleep.
