L-Glutamin Characteristics of an effective substances:
L-Glutamin is the most often occurring amino acids in human body. It controls proteins balance and prevents muscle mass loss this way. The high level of L-Glutamine protects other amino acids from their degradation (anti catabolic effect). It increases both the concentration of free amino acids during the phase of regeneration and the synthesis of proteins. The regeneration of muscle runs more rapidly, which helps to speed up the growth of both volume and power. L-glutamine is necessary for brain metabolism, it increases blood glucose level, protects organism resistance.
L-Glutamin Recommended dosing:
Basic recommended dosing is 2 times daily 2,5-5 g (1-2 flat teaspoons) during the day or before sleep. Dwell time between individual portions should be 4 hours minimum. Do not consume during physical activity and shortly after its finishing, it is harder for the body to absorb it. We recommend to use smaller portions at the beginning, after one week approximately it is possible to increase the portions gradually. For support of muscle mass growth it is suitable to combine L-Glutamin with products from FUTURE SYSTEM® series, especially with creatine and protein or carbohydrate cocktails.
Do not exceed the recommended dosing.
L-Glutamin Usage:
According to recommended dosing measure and blend in a sport drink. Milk and alcoholic drinks are not appropriate for preparation. After opening store the content in temperature below 25°C and consume within two months.
